Together, both villas can host up to 14 guests; ideal for family reunions… and by collaborating with close-by neighboring villas we can accommodate even larger parties.
  

• As for food preparation, you will feel at home in our spacious kitchens, fully stocked with all modern appliances and granite countertops. Chef (and babysitting) services and pantry stocking are available by request. Your family is sure to enjoy the many varied casual restaurants in the Dominical area, and you can feel secure when at our villas thanks to our gated entrances and security system.
  

• Having Vickie, our property manager, (who is also a masseuse!) on the premises is a real treat. She is most happy to suggest activities and make reservations for our guests. • The Beach House and separate Guest House are totally equipped. Full kitchens, bedrooms with incredible pillowtop beds (linen provided), bathrooms with bathtubs (a rarity in Mexico) and towels, living rooms with wood-burning stoves, nice TVs with a library of DVDs to choose from (each house has about 80 different movies, including kid movies), and wonderful stereos with a CD library.
• We love the Guest house, although is does not have the ocean view, it is a great house for privacy. Many renters put the kids in the front house and enjoy the guest house for themselves or couples spend their days enjoying each others company and in the evening have their alone time.
• The Beach House and Guest House are enclosed with a great courtyard. So you can leave your dog out there or your children and not worry about them playing on the beach when you don't want to be there.
• And everyone has toys to choose from. We provide boogie boards, surf boards, skin boards, beach chairs all sizes for kids too, shade units, badminton, volleyballs, footballs, soccer balls, and Frisbees. Sand toys for the kids. We have even provided some kites for flying. And don’t forget the fishing equipment in the garage. We almost always catch something in front of the house.
• Oh, you don't want to play on the beach? How about a game of air hockey or ping pong? What about playing a board game (and yes, we have CandyLand and other games for the kids). How about playing poker, or putting a puzzle together, or coloring with your kids?
• The Beach is a perfect walking beach; never crowded, soft sand. There are waves further out for boogie boarding and beginner surfing. The neighborhood winds down to silence around 9pm. This is a quiet community. Perfect for families to relax.
